The 1st time I was emailed a note that thanked me for my candor I had to google it and poll my buddies to decide if that was a compliment, an insult or neither (that was after my interview with Jason Novakovski for my current role).

Funny enough I’ve been thanked for my candor in three or four emails in the last six weeks and I guess I’m still insecure about it because I googled it again!
